RainDropsFlower is dedicated to delivering your floral arrangements fresh and on time. Please review our delivery policy below to ensure a smooth experience.
Service Area
We currently offer delivery throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions. For deliveries outside our standard service area, please contact us to check availability and any applicable additional fees.
Delivery Hours & Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 1:00 PM (subject to availability and delivery area).
- Sunday & Holiday Delivery: Limited availability. Please contact us in advance for special requests.
Please note that during peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), delivery windows may be extended to accommodate high demand.

Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will:
- Attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered location (e.g., porch, lobby, or with a neighbour).
- Leave a notification or contact the recipient if possible.
- If no safe location is available, the driver will return the arrangement and attempt re-delivery the next business day.
Please note that RainDropsFlower is not responsible for arrangements left unattended at the delivery location after a successful delivery attempt.
Apartment & Condo Deliveries
For apartment and condominium deliveries, please provide the unit number, buzzer code, and any special access instructions at checkout. If our driver cannot access the building, the arrangement will be left with the concierge or building front desk when available.
Hospital & Funeral Deliveries
We deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, and churches. Please include the patient’s or deceased’s full name, room number (if applicable), and the name of the facility. Delivery times for these locations may vary based on the facility’s receiving hours.
Special Instructions
If you have any special delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at back door,” “call before delivery”), please include them in the order notes at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check the delivery address before placing your order. RainDropsFlower is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery due to address errors may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
