Our Freshness Guarantee
Every arrangement is crafted with care using the freshest blooms available. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what you ordered, we are committed to making it right.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if any of the following apply:
- Flowers arrive visibly wilted, damaged, or dead upon delivery.
- The arrangement is significantly different from the product description or photos on our website.
- The order was delivered to the wrong address due to an error on our part.
- Items are missing from your order.
How to Submit a Claim
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@raindropsflower.com or using our Contact Us page.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the flowers as received.
- Briefly describe the issue with your order.
Our team will review your claim within 24–48 business hours and contact you with a resolution.
Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement arrangement delivered at no additional cost.
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method.
- A store credit for future purchases.
Flower Substitution Policy
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, we may occasionally substitute certain blooms with similar flowers of equal or greater value. Substitutions are made to ensure your arrangement is as fresh and beautiful as possible. We do our best to match the overall style, color palette, and value of the original design.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements may not be available in the following cases:
- Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.
- Natural wilting after the expected vase life (typically 5–7 days with proper care).
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Recipient was unavailable and flowers were left at the door per standard delivery protocol.
- Minor variations in color or bloom size, which are natural characteristics of fresh flowers.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once an arrangement has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
