RainDropsFlower operates as an online floral delivery service based in Canada. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, the placement of orders, and the delivery of products. 2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3. Product Descriptions & Imagery
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural characteristics of fresh flowers, actual arrangements may vary slightly in colour, size, and composition from the images shown on our website. These variations are not considered defects.
4. Flower Substitution
Due to seasonal availability and supply chain factors, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or greenery with alternatives of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic and colour scheme of the arrangement. If a substitution significantly changes the appearance of the arrangement, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before delivery.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms, fees, and procedures are outlined in our Delivery Policy page. By placing an order, you agree to the delivery terms described therein. While we make every effort to deliver on time, RainDropsFlower does not guarantee specific delivery times and is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or natural disasters.
6. Refunds & Returns
Our refund and replacement procedures are outlined in our Refund & Replacement Policy page. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final except as described in that policy.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
