01 How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select the arrangement you love, choose your preferred delivery date, and proceed to checkout. You can also add a personalized handwritten card message during the ordering process at no extra charge.
02 Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM within our service area. A $14.99 delivery fee applies for same-day orders. Standard delivery is available Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
03 What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions. For deliveries outside our standard service area, please contact us to check availability and any applicable fees. We also deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, offices, and churches.
04 What if the recipient isn't home?
Our driver will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered location such as the porch, lobby, or with a neighbour. If no safe spot is available, the flowers will be returned and re-delivered the next business day. For apartments, we'll leave them with the concierge when possible.
05 Can I customize my flower arrangement?
Absolutely! Visit our Your Design page to create a custom bouquet tailored to your preferences. You can choose specific flowers, colours, and styles. For extra special requests, feel free to reach out to us directly via email or WhatsApp.
06 How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, most arrangements stay fresh for 5 to 7 days. We include care instructions with every delivery. For best results, keep your flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, trim the stems at an angle, and change the water every two days.
07 Why might my arrangement look different from the photo?
Fresh flowers are a natural product, so slight variations in colour, size, and bloom count are completely normal. We may also substitute certain flowers due to seasonal availability, always using alternatives of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic and colour palette.
08 What should I do if my flowers arrive damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the flowers. Our team will review your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. Visit our Refund & Replacement Policy for full details.
09 Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can request changes or cancellations up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@raindropsflower.com. Once an arrangement has been prepared or dispatched, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
